Introduction

Mindfulness Based Tinnitus Intervention (MBTI™) courses equip participants with mental solutions, tools and compassionate self-awareness so they can manage tinnitus and/or hyperacousis in tandem with diagnostics and medical provision to emerge from the difficulties of living with hearing conditions with dignity, strength and resolve.

Reclaim the responsibility for healing yourself by using the interplay of mind and body - and mobilise your own inner resources for coping, growing and healing whilst being supported by all that Western medical science has to offer.

Structure and Certification

MBTI™ takes sixteen weeks from start to finish and results in certification under the CFM (Centre for Mindfulness) MBSR™ pathway and a full audiological prescription and treatment programme unique to you.
